THE AVIARY
It was intriguing to hear the name– The Aviary Asian Fusion & Café, my initial inclination was a memory of an eco-aviary. But little did I know that visiting the restaurant would tantamount to a whole different dynamics. It is situated along the urbanized highway of Banca-banca, Victoria, Laguna. It has spacious parking area and you’ll be greeted by the aesthetic facade of the restaurant.
The décor is such an eye candy! They had a brilliant execution of industrial-rustic-Scandinavian-contemporary design with stylish incorporation of plants while being anchored by the well structured tempered glass exteriors. Every table design offers a homey yet elegant feel and gives you a good sense of comfort that sets the tone of what to expect from their menu.
Over all, I highly recommend this place as it meets an elite standard and it caters to an exceptional palatable experience. Now, I understand that the restaurant is true to its name—a fusion of design, food, and experience!

The overall theme of our menu is Asian Fusion – while there is semblance or closeness to the authentic cuisine, our preparations, cooking style, and ingredients may differ as we combine elements of different culinary traditions of different countries to create our dish. We only use high-quality ingredients imported from all over the country in support of local products & harvests.

The Aviary, founded in December 2021, located in Victoria, Laguna, is the first major venture together of our founders. We started in a client-customer relationship, turned into best friends, and are now, business partners and co-founders. What brought us together was our passion for excellent service and love for quality food. One thing that’s common about us was that we all started from scratch, and through courage and sheer determination, we started to build our dreams together. We know how it feels to have less in life, that’s why despite the pandemic, we push through in establishing this business. We do this not only for ourselves, but also for others who were greatly impacted by the pandemic. We believe that part of our duty is to help create more jobs in our own little way, a job that our employees can be proud of, not because they’re making a living, but because they feel valued. Here at The Aviary, we promise to deliver excellent service not only for our guests but also to our employees. We treat everyone with equal respect, no matter what their role is
